Action Marine has been providing quality marine service in Austin since 1987. Aaron Sher started Action Marine because while on a short trip to Austin to visit a friend he quickly realized the need for a quality service center in the Lake Travis area that was focused on service. He opened his doors at Riviera Marina in 1987 and never looked back. We are now located on 2222 almost to 620. Due to his friendly and knowledgeable service Aaron quickly gained a loyal customer base that has only grown with each passing year.

Our technicians not only have a laundry list of certifications but they have many years of first hand knowledge. Our lead technician has been with us for twelve years and knows most of our customers by their first name. This type of personal service is unheard of with the larger dealers. We do also have some relative new comers to our business, but they also have an extensive knowledge of boats and motors that furthers our ability to get you back out on the water in a timely manner with the job done right the first time.

We are an authorized service center for Mercruiser, Volvo, and Johnson/Evinrude. We also have a large OEM parts department with almost everything you would need in stock. This furthers our ability to service our customers boats quickly and efficiently.

We work on all types of boats. From small runabouts to express cruisers we can handle all of your service needs. We can always take care of your routine maintenance to make sure that your boat provides many years of trouble free boating. However, if you do have a problem we can handle that as well. We do complete motor and drive rebuilds for your Johnson/Evinrude outboards as well as I/O’s and tournament in-boards. If you have a problem we can help.
